Each candle is individually hand poured in Melbourne, sometimes in small batches. Whilst we take utmost care to maintain uniformity, please note that there may be some minor imperfections in terms of the color or the appearance due to the very nature of 100% natural soy wax pillar blend. We would also like our shoppers to note there may be ‘frosting’ on the candle in some instances, which is a natural phenomenon and not a fault of the candle. We ensure consistency in pouring temperatures to minimize the occurrence of frosting but external factors beyond our control can cause this. This does NOT affect the performance of the candle in any way. Also, kindly note that certain fragrances can cause discolouration - again this does NOT affect the performance of the candle.
